We use a secure server for your privacy and security. Online payment using the above mentioned credit cards can be made in the following way:

  1. When you are ready to check out, you will be taken to a secure page and section of this site.
  2. You will be asked to fill out information:
    • Your name (as it reads on your credit card)
    • Your billing address (to verify authorization)
    • Your phone number (during business hours in the event we need to contact you about your order)
    • Your email (where you can receive order confirmations and tracking info.)
    • Your credit card type, number, and expiration date

 Request for changes will be accepted 24 business hours following your order. You cannot cancel your order without incurring a 10% restocking fee after 24 hours. Our business hours are Monday thru Friday 10:00am-3:00pm (PST).

Exchange Policy

Our goal is your satisfaction! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, exchange it for FREE! (Product must be eligible for exchange)

  •  No restocking fees! TenMinuteSewin.com will waive all fees associated with your eligible exchange. Shipping charges will apply. Any balance remaining after your exchange will be refunded to the credit card submitted with your original order.

Expedite the Exchange Process

Need your exchange product now? Place a new order online or call 1-800-437-7092. We will ship your new product without delay if you agree to have the new purchase charged to your credit card. Indicate the new order number and when we receive and process the eligible returned product, we'll issue a refund without restocking fees.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns on all eligible products (see below). A 10% restocking fee will be applied for ALL returns as well as any shipping charges ($5.90) if you received the free shipping option. Once the restocking fee is applied, any balance remaining will be refunded to the credit card submitted with your original order.

Exchange or Return Product Eligibility

Eligible Products:

  • In original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
  • Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange)
  • Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receiving your original order.

Ineligible Products:

  • Last call or clearance items, discontinued items, care products, accessories, liquids, special order items and wholesale orders.

If your product is ineligible for exchange or return, we will email you the option of:

  • Returning the item(s) to you at your cost
  • Donating the item(s) to the American Cancer Society (receipt of donation available upon request). You will receive a coupon for 20% off a future purchase with TenMinuteSewin.com for your donation to charity.

Ineligible item(s) will be automatically donated or discarded 30 days after receipt.

How To Exchange or Return

Email us at support@tenminutesewin.com requesting a return or exchange with your exact reason why for quality control purposes. Repackage your item(s) and mail back to Hollywood Ten Minute Sew-In 5042 Wilshire BLVD, #21912, Los Angeles, CA 90036

Backorders

A backorder is automatically created when your request for a particular item exceeds available inventory.

If a backorder occurs on your order, the credit card used to place the original order will remain charged, and you will be placed on a priority waitlist to receive the product once it becomes available for shipment. In addition, we will notify you by email with the estimated arrival date.

We will promptly ship item(s) once they become available with the original Shipping & Handling method selected. However, you will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.

Shipping Information

For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.

Please note: we cannot ship via a traceable method to any post office boxes. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked.

Additional Shipping and Handling Charges

For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge of 25% of your order total (50% on international orders). Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in to our system within 1-2days of order placement, at which time, they cannot be changed in any way. However, we are reasonable and will make changes if they are mutually beneficial to the customer, our company and do no negatively impact other customers orders. Please keep in mind, depending on product availability, some orders may take up to 2 additional business days to ship from our warehouse. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected (US Air, US Ground, or International) on the order form.

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays and additional shipping and handling charges, as information must be verified. Shipping Delays
